Snorkelling at Lancelin
When people talk about Lancelin, they usually refer to the windsurfing or the sandboarding and 4WD's in the huge Sand dune area. However, nestled in behind Lancelin Island is one of the best snorkelling areas south of Exmouth and Ningaloo Reef. Here are some of the photos that Jules (one of our campers) took on the '99 Windurfing Camp.
Above water on Lancelin Island you feel like you're in the middle of a David Attenborough documentary what with seals on the beach (below) and colonies of terns and other seabirds covering the island.
