Sidewinder Roll-overs

We've now rolled the Sidewinder over about 17 times including once where it rolled three times before coming to rest (1080 degrees with Pete Hill at the wheel). On most occasions the driver has escaped with not even a scratch. The remaining couple of times only a small bruise or scratch has marred the incident. Usually the Sidewinder is also un-damaged, though a few times we've snapped the front steering tie-rod or broken an exposed spotlight.

The first three frames of this montage captured off video show Mick cutting sick on the dirt and pushing the envelope just that little bit too much.

Foolishly Mick wasn't wearing a seatbelt on either of these occasions, but he came out un-injured.

This second sequence shows Mick rolling the Sidewinder at a hair-pin bend while trying to set a new record on our little time-trial circuit we set up at "Not Sos" (a thicket out of Geraldton that was Not So thick)
