Capsizing is par for the course at Sailing Camp - particularly on the windy days.
As such, the "Thrill Team" shown below, consisting of three leaders -
Phillippa Mulcahy, Dave Boldy and Andrew Paul - ably demonstrates how to capsize the right way.
Incidentally they also demonstrate how to get back up again, but it's the first step that plenty of the
campers attempt to emulate throughout camp...
One of the leaders, my brother Justin, proved particularly skilled at demonstrating he art of capsizing a Windrush cat.
