we then headed down near to the top of the Canning Stock Route

where we stopped at a well that we called Well 52, though it wasn't really on the CSR

we then popped in to Karijini National Park briefly - just long enough to check out Circular Pool, Fortesque Falls and Dales Gorge (all in about 60 minutes!)

we then tried to pinch a Haulpak from Mt Newman
|
but it wouldn't fit in the back of my 4WD
|
After dodging literally hundreds of roos at 100kms/hr on the way into Meekatharra, what happens a soon as we drop down to 50kms/hr as we enter the town but a roo jumps out in front of us and cops it! Poor Tiff was driving at the time and did a great job!
